Citywide ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: This is based on the contractual agreement (RFP 23-017) between the City of Smyrna and Russell Landscaping LLC. This agreement will allow continued landscaping maintenance of all city facilities, rights-of-ways, and all city parks located within the City of Smyrna limits of maintenance responsibility. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works, Parks and Recreation, and Purchasing recommend approval of a one-year contract renewal with Russell Landscape, LLC.
