(the
 
“
Client
”).
  PREAMBLE   This  Agreement  governs  the  Client’s  purchase  of  Hardware  and  subscriptions  allowing  access  to  
and
 
use
 
of
 
the
 
Platform
 
as
 
well
 
as
 
the
 
provision
 
of
 
Additional
 
Services
 
by
 
Connect&GO,
 
as
 
set
 
out
 
under
 
one
 
or
 
several
 
Purchase
 
Agreement(s).
  THE  PARTIES  AGREE  AS  FOLLOWS:   1.  DEFINITIONS   The  capitalized  words  and  expressions  in  the  Agreement  have  the  following  meanings:   a)  “ Additional  Services ”  means  the  professional  services  described  in  a  Purchase  
Agreement
 
and
 
provided
 
to
 
the
 
Client
 
by
 
Connect&GO
 
but
 
which
 
are
 
not
 
part
 
of
 
the
 
basic
 
services
 
included
 
within
 
the
 
Platform.
 
The
 
"Additional
 
Services"
 
includes
 
services
 
related
 
to
 
project
 
management,
 
implementation,
 
configuration,
 
and
 
integration
 
of
 
the
 
Platform,
 
and
 
the
 
importing
 
or
 
exporting
 
of
 
Client
-Data
 
or
 
training.
  b)  “ Agreement ”  means  this  Connect&GO  Agreement,  including  its  schedules  and  
any
 
amendments
 
thereto,
 
as
 
applicable.
  c)  “ Authorized  Users ”  means  the  Client ’s  employees  and  the  self-employed  
workers
 
and
 
suppliers
 
serving
 
the
 
Client
 
and
 
who
 
are
 
authorized
 
by
 
the
 
Client
 
to
 
use
 
the
 
Platform.
  d)  “ Availability  Target ”  has  the  meaning  set  out  in  Schedule  B.  e)  “ Brands ”  has  the  meaning  set  out  in  subsection  6.2.  f)  “ Client ”  means  Connect&GO’s  client  as  identified  in  the  heading  of  this  document.   g)  “ Client-Data ”  means  all  data  submitted,  stored,  displayed,  generated,  
transmitted,
 
or
 
otherwise
 
used
 
by
 
means
 
of
 
the
 
Platform.
 
Data
 
containing
 
the
 
surname,
 
given
 
name,
 
addresses,
 
e-mails
 
and
 
purchase
 
history
 
of
 
the
 
Client's
 
clients
 
is
 
included
 
as
 
part
 
of
 
“Client-Data”.
  h)  “ Confidential  Information ”  has  the  meaning  set  out  in  subsection  7.1.  i)  “ Connect&GO  Access  Code ”  has  the  meaning  set  out  in  subsection  2.8.  j)  “ Connect&GO  Parties ”  has  the  meaning  set  out  in  subsection  6.1.  k)  “ Disclosing  Party ”  has  the  meaning  set  out  in  subsection  7.1.
