Platform, before the official start-up and following the start-up of the Platform,
follow
the
training
offered
by
Connect&GO
or
are
trained
in
accordance
with
such
training
by
other
Authorized
Users
having
followed
such
training
and
that
they’ll
use
the
Platform
in
accordance
with
such
training.
2.8 Third-Party Products. 2.8.1 Use of Third-Party Products. The Platform does not require any Third-Party
Products
for
its
operation
other
than
those
the
Client
requests
be
integrated
with
the
Platform.
Client
is
responsible
to
directly
maintain
a
subscription
with
the
provider
of
such
Third-Party
Products
mentioned
in
a
Purchase
Agreement
for
integration
with
the
Platform.
Access
to
such
Third-Party
Products
and
their
use
is
subject
to
the
conditions
of
use
stipulated
by
their
creator
or
publisher
and
it
is
the
Client’s
responsibility
to
read,
agree
to,
and
comply
with
such
terms
of
use.
The
terms
of
use
of
Third-Party
Products
are
subject
to
change,
and
this
falls
outside
of
the
purview
of
Connect&GO.
The
Client
agrees,
accepts,
and
confirms
that:
i) its use of Third-Party Products is, at all times, in compliance with the
terms
of
use
of
such
Third-Party
Products;
and
ii) Connect&GO is authorized to export and import Client-Data to and from
Third-
Party
Products
to
allow
the
Client’s
use
of
the
Platform.
2.8.2 Non-availability of Third-Party Products . The Client understands and accepts
that
the
availability
and
operation
of
the
Platform,
or
of
certain
features
thereof,
may
depend
on
the
availability
of
Third-Party
Products
or
certain
features
of
such
Third-Party
Products.
Connect&GO
cannot
be
held
liable
towards
the
Client
or
any
third-party
in
the
event
that
changes
are
made
to
Third-Party
Products
and
that
such
changes
result
in
the
unavailability
of
the
Platform
or
certain
features
thereof.
Connect&GO
can
then
refer
the
Client
to
the
suppliers
responsible
for
accessing
and
using
Third-Party
Products.
2.8.3 Representations and Warranties with respect to Third-Party Products .
Connect&GO
makes
no
representations
or
warranties
with
respect
to
Third-Party
Products,
regardless
of
whether
such
Third-Party
Products
or
services
are
necessary
for
the
operation
of
the
Platform.
2.8.4 Access Codes for Third-Party Products. Insofar as Connect&GO requests that
the
Client
provide
it
with
authorizations,
passwords,
or
other
information
to
access
Third-Party
Products
(the
“
Connect&GO
Access
Codes
”)
to
recover
Client-Data
or
to
allow
interoperability
with
the
Platform,
the
Client
undertakes
to
promptly
provide
the
Connect&GO
Access
Codes.
Connect&GO
undertakes
not
to
share,
reassign,
or
disclose
the
Connect&GO
Access
Codes
to
any
person
other
than
its
employees
or
authorized
suppliers
who
are
directly
involved
in
accessing
and
using
the
Platform.
Connect&GO
Access
Codes
constitute
Confidential
Information
of
the
Client
under
the
Agreement.
