 8.2  Waiver  of  Liability.  Except  for  the  express  guarantees  stipulated  under  subsection  8.1, the  Connect&GO  Parties  make  no  other  guarantee  of  any  kind,  whether  express,  implied,  
legal,
 
or
 
otherwise,
 
in
 
connection
 
with
 
the
 
Agreement
 
or
 
the
 
Platform.
 
In
 
addition,
 
the
 
Client
 
acknowledges
 
that
 
the
 
Connect&GO
 
Parties
 
do
 
not
 
represent
 
and
 
do
 
not
 
guarantee:
 
(a)
 
that
 
the
 
Platform
 
shall
 
be
 
available
 
at
 
all
 
times,
 
without
 
interruption,
 
or
 
that
 
the
 
Platform
 
shall
 
operate
 
in
 
conjunction
 
with
 
any
 
hardware,
 
software,
 
system
 
or
 
data,
 
(b)
 
that
 
the
 
Platform
 
shall
 
meet
 
the
 
requirements
 
or
 
expectations
 
of
 
the
 
Client
,
 
(c)
 
that
 
the
 
Platform
 
shall
 
be
 
completely
 
free
 
from
 
errors
 
or
 
that
 
all
 
faults
 
or
 
errors
 
in
 
the
 
Platform
 
shall
 
be
 
corrected,
 
or
 
(d)
 
the
 
absence
 
of
 
any
 
defect
 
or
 
breach
 
in
 
the
 
security
 
or
 
integrity
 
of
 
Client-Data
 
resulting
 
from
 
a
 
Client
 
request,
 
particularly,
 
to
 
allow
 
Platform
 
access
 
to
 
a
 
third-party.
 
The
 
Platform
 
may
 
be
 
subject
 
to
 
restrictions,
 
time
 
limits
 
or
 
other
 
problems
 
related
 
to
 
the
 
use
 
of
 
the
 
Internet
 
or
 
other
 
electronic
 
means
 
of
 
communication.
 
The
 
Connect&GO
 
Parties
 
are
 
not
 
responsible
 
for
 
any
 
delay,
 
delivery
 
failure
 
or
 
any
 
other
 
damage
 
resulting
 
from
 
such
 
issues
 
or
 
for
 
any
 
issue
 
relating
 
to
 
infectious
 
malware
 
(viruses,
 
ransomware,
 
etc.)
 
or
 
any
 
other
 
breach
 
or
 
computer
 
attack
 
affecting
 
the
 
Client’s
 
digital
 
infrastructure.
