or  in  a  manner  contrary  to  the  use  authorized  under  the  Agreement,  
except
 
(i)
 
if
 
the
 
express
 
prior
 
consent
 
of
 
Connect&GO
 
has
 
been
 
obtained,
 
and
 
(ii)
 
the
 
third
 
party
 
has
 
signed
 
a
 
confidentiality
 
agreement
 
with
 
the
 
Client
 
whose
 
confidentiality
 
and
 
non-use
 
undertakings
 
relating
 
to
 
Connect&GO’s
 
Confidential
 
Information
 
(including
 
the
 
Platform)
 
are
 
at
 
least
 
as
 
restrictive
 
as
 
those
 
provided
 
herein;
  iii)  use  the  Platform  to  collect,  transmit,  or  process  any  material  which  
infringes
 
the
 
rights
 
of
 
third
 
parties,
 
is
 
obscene,
 
threatening,
 
defamatory,
 
or
 
otherwise
 
unlawful,
 
including
 
material
 
that
 
is
 
prejudicial
 
to
 
children
 
or
 
that
 
violates
 
the
 
privacy
 
rights
 
of
 
any
 
third-party;
  iv)  use  the  Platform  to  send,  store,  publish,  download,  or  otherwise  transmit  
any
 
malicious
 
software
 
aimed
 
towards
 
damaging,
 
harming,
 
intercepting,
 
or
 
expropriating
 
any
 
system,
 
data,
 
or
 
personal
 
information
 
belonging
 
to
 
a
 
third-
 
party;
  v)  interfere  with  or  disrupt  the  integrity  or  performance  of  the  Platform;   vi)  attempt  to  obtain  unauthorized  access  to  the  Platform  or  to  the  systems  
or
 
networks
 
which
 
the
 
Platform
 
operates
 
on;
  vii)  knowingly  use  or  allow  other  people  to  use  tools  to  probe,  scan,  or  
attempt
 
to
 
enter
 
the
 
Platform;
  viii)  access  the  Platform  in  order  to  develop  a  competing  product  or  service;   ix)  copy,  translate,  create  a  derivative  work,  reverse  engineer,  disassemble,  
or
 
decompile
 
the
 
Platform
 
or
 
any
 
portion
 
thereof
 
or
 
otherwise
 
attempt
 
to
 
discover
 
the
 
source
 
code
 
or
 
modify
 
the
 
Platform
 
in
 
a
 
manner
 
not
 
permitted
 
under
 
the
 
Agreement
 
or
 
the
 
law;
 
and
  x)  use  the  Platform  in  combination  with  any  software,  hardware,  network,  or  
system
 
not
 
supplied
 
by
 
Connect&GO
 
and
 
which
 
was
 
not
 
a
 
prerequisite
 
stipulated
 
by
 
Connect&GO,
 
including
 
any
 
technical
 
requirements.
  2.7.2  Client-Data .  The  Client  is  solely  responsible  for  the  accuracy,  quality,  integrity,  
and
 
lawfulness
 
of
 
the
 
Client-Data
 
that
 
it
 
transmits
 
to
 
Connect&GO.
 
The
 
Client
 
declares
 
and
 
warrants
 
that
 
it
 
has
 
obtained
 
all
 
the
 
rights,
 
authorizations,
 
and
 
consents
 
necessary
 
for
 
the
 
collection,
 
use
 
and
 
transfer
 
of
 
Client-Data
 
(including
 
all
 
the
 
Client’s
 
Personal
 
Information)
 
within
 
and,
 
on
 
request
 
of
 
the
 
Client
,
 
outside
 
of
 
the
 
country
 
in
 
which
 
the
 
Client
 
is
 
located
 
with
 
respect
 
to
 
the
 
Client's
 
access
 
and
 
use
 
of
 
the
 
Platform.
  2.7.3  Technical  Requirements .  The  Client  shall  provide,  at  its  expense,  any  technical  
requirements
 
indicated
 
in
 
a
 
Purchase
 
Agreement.
  2.7.4  Security.  The  Client  undertakes  to  ensure  on-site  security  and  compliance  with  
the
 
rules,
 
regulations,
 
and
 
practices
 
required
 
by
 
current
 
legislation
 
in
 
force
 
as
 
well
 
as
 
the
 
initiation,
 
maintenance,
 
and
 
supervision
 
of
 
all
 
precautions
 
and
 
all
 
the
 
security
 
programs
 
relating
 
to
 
compliance
 
with
 
its
 
responsibilities
 
under
 
this
 
Agreement,
 
including
 
those
 
relating
 
to
 
the
 
collection
 
and
 
protection
 
of
 
Client-Data
 
and
 
to
 
compliance
 
with
 
the
 
relevant
 
Documentation.
  2.7.5  Training.  The  Client  undertakes  to  ensure  that  the  Authorized  Users  of  the
