Citywide ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: A Request for Proposals (RFP) was advertised earlier in the year in search of a vendor to assist the city in the development of a comprehensive 5-Year Cybesecurity Strategic and Incident Response Plan. This project will deliver a long-term cybersecurity strategy for the City, outlining key priorities and objectives for securing critical assets over the next five years. The project also includes the development of an Incident Response Plan, enabling the City to effectively respond to cyber threats. As part of the process, a cyber tabletop exercise will be conducted with relevant stakeholders, leveraging the newly developed incident response framework. Additionally, this effort will support informed budget planning by identifying potential future cybersecurity investments during the assessment phase.
