Ward 4 Councilmember Charles “Corkey” Welch ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: As Part of ARPA funded projects the Doeskin Project consist of 6,200 LFT of pipe replacement and new service line materials. Project cost increased due to field changes that consisted of tree preservation, Driveway aprons replacements, and sod installation to 70 homes returning landscaping back to its original state. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Authorization to approve change order to RFQ-018 in the amount not to exceed $270,000.00 and amend contract price with Smith Pipeline Inc.
