Chairperson Mike L. Jones called to order the May 13, 2026 License and Variance Board
meeting held at A. Max Bacon City Hall in Council Chambers at 10:01 AM.

A. V26-049 Public Hearing - Variance Request - V26-049 - Allow new construction on lot of
record below minimum requirements - Land Lot 559 - 2880 Elizabeth Street - Sandy Steichen
This request is to be tabled to the May 27, 2026 License and Variance Board Meeting.
Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley
Board Member Richard Garland made a motion to table to the May 27, 2026 License and
Variance Board meeting item V26-049; seconded by Board Member Andrea Worthy.
The motion to table carried with the following vote:
Aye: 3 – Chairperson Jones, Vice Chair Garland, Board Member Worthy
Nay: 0 – None
Recuse: 0 – None
