Ward 4 Councilmember - Charles 'Corkey' Welch ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 790 Smyrna Hill Drive was previously zoned for a Senior Apartment development. A condition of the zoning required the owner to dedicate a strip of this property to extend the right of way of Smyrna Hill Drive. This accomplishes that condition. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
