Ward 5 Councilmember - Susan Wilkinson ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Application was made for privilege license – New request for Cloud Harbor Vape And Gaming for the sale Beer, Wine & Liquor (Pouring and Sunday Sales). Kahlil McKnight is the agent applicant. Kahlil McKnight will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 600 Floyd Dr SE Ste A, Smyrna, GA 30082. The applicant has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop. A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license. Mr. McKnight has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
