4. The accessory structure shall not be permitted to have an oven or stove without 
obtaining an additional variance for a second kitchen. 
5. The accessory structure shall not be rented or occupied for gain, except as 
permitted in Article IX of Chapter 22 as it pertains to the operation of short-term 
rental units. 
6. These conditions shall run in perpetuity with the property and as such are also 
applicable to any future owner. 
 
Chairperson Richard Garland asked Clara Hodges, Plan Reviewer, to explain the paver 
storage infiltration system. Ms. Hodges explained that the paver storage system functions 
as a typical infiltration trench. There will be gravel storage beneath the pavers, and they 
are proposing to pipe their roof drains into the system as well.  
  
Jessica Kalin, applicant, stated she understands and agrees to the six stipulations read 
into record.  
  
A public hearing was called, and no one came forward in favor of or in opposition to this 
item.  
 
Board Member Andrea Worthy made a motion to approve item V25-036; seconded by 
Board Member Bo Jones. 
 
The motion to approve carried with the following vote: 
 
Aye: 3 –  Chairperson Garland, Board Member Jones, Board Member Worthy 
Nay: 0 –  None 
Recuse: 0 –  None

No additional information was provided. Jessica Kalin, applicant, stated she understands
