Call to Order Mayor Derek Norton called to order the May 27, 2025 Special Called Meeting of the Mayor and Council – Service Delivery Strategy held at A. Max Bacon City Hall in Council Chambers at 4:00 PM. 3. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance Councilmember Charles Welch led the invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Formal Business A. RES2025-010 Approve Resolution RES2025-010 as attached extending the agreement previously reached with Cobb County regarding Service Delivery Strategy and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents. Citywide Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Tim Gould made a motion to approve item RES2025- 010; seconded by Councilmember Charles Welch.
