Ward 5 Councilmember - Susan Wilkinson ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: The applicant is requesting to rezone the subject property at 2351 Benson Poole Road from OD (Office-Distribution) to GC (General Commercial) to allow additional uses for potential tenants in the existing building. The property is occupied with an 1,800 sq. ft. building previously used for an office. The applicant has no plans to redevelop the property and will utilize the existing building and parking facility as-is. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Community Development recommends approval of the rezoning from OD to GC at 2351 Benson Poole Road.
