Citywide ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: The City has completed several projects and needs to reallocate funding to other ARPA projects. We also need to establish project length budgets for several obligations that did not have an established budget. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Staff recommends authorization to amend the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Fund adopted project length budgets to reallocate funding from adopted project budgets and create additional projects.
