1 Software as a Service and Spectrum Lease Agreement between CITY OF SMYRNA (“Customer”) and Sensus USA Inc. (“Sensus”) IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Software as a Service and Spectrum Lease (“Agreement”) to be executed by their duly authorized representatives as of the day and year written below. The date of the last party to sign is the “Effective Date.” This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for/until: 1 Years (“Initial Term”). At the end of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional term of 5 years (“Renewal Term”). The “Term” shall refer to both the Initial Term and the Renewal Term. This Agreement contains two parts: Part (1) is The FCC Notification for Spectrum Manager Lease, to be filed with the FCC by Sensus on behalf of the Customer and Part (2) is a Software as a Service and Spectrum Lease between Sensus and Customer.
