WATER SUPPLY 
This division contains appropriations for those line items that are not specifically related to 
a single division, such as operating transfers, payments to Cobb County for purchase of 
water and treatment of wastewater, and unforeseen expenses.  
Major Goals & Objectives: The primary goals and objectives of this division are to: 
• Provide adequate funds for the purchase of water and treatment of wastewater. 
• Allocate resources for operating transfers. 
• Establish provisions for unforeseen or contingency expenses. 
 
Performance Measures: The performance of this division will be gauged by the effective 
management and allocation of funds, particularly in relation to: 
• The purchase of water and treatment of wastewater. 
• Efficient handling of operating transfers. 
• Appropriation of funds for unforeseen or contingency expenses
