Traffic Signal Improvements Engineering $193,000 
This project will upgrade outdated traffic signals to improve visibility, video camera technology, 
and battery back-up systems. This also includes a new traffic signal at Highland Parkway and Lake 
Ridge Drive, where studies have indicated a new signal is needed.  
 
Bridge Repairs and Maintenance Hwys & Streets $100,000 
This project is to repair several bridges across the City that have been revealed to be deficient by a 
recent study.  
 
Replace Underground Sanitation Cans Sanitation $25,000 
This is a multi-year project to replace underground sanitation cans throughout the City. 
Neighborhoods with underground cans are not well-suited for the standard roll-out carts. The new 
cans have a 10-15 year life expectancy.  
 
Sanitation Carts Sanitation $100,000 
This annually recurring project funds the purchase of new and replacement roll-out carts.
