Citywide ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: The City desires to establish a banking relationship with a bank it does not currently do business with. The bank requested a resolution of other official document from the governing body authorizing the City’s financial officer and the Mayor to establish bank accounts and be authorized signatories. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Authorization to allow the City's financial officer and the Mayor to establish bank accounts and be named as authorized signatories.
