Sean Murphy – applicant – 3283 Lee Street – explained that the homeowner runs a 
remodeling business and stores tools in the shed. The lot is non-conforming in overall 
width and size. They will accept the additional stipulation to remove the northern concrete. 
They will be required to connect downspouts from watershed. And they will be required to 
regrade the surface on the rear of the lot. The stormwater will be captured from the shed 
and surface flow. There will be extensive work in the backyard. The entire property flows 
from west to east, and downstream from the property are commercial properties. Mr. 
Murphy stated he understands and agrees to the six stipulations read into record.  
   
The homeowner acknowledged that he understands and agrees to the six stipulations 
read into record through the translator, Melissa Gonzalez.  
  
A public hearing was called, and no one came forward in favor of or in opposition to this 
item. 
 
Board Member Eric Randall made a motion to approve item V25-116; seconded by Board 
Member Andrea Worthy. 
 
The motion to withdraw carried with the following vote: 
 
Aye: 3 –  Chairperson Garland, Board Member Worthy, Board Member Randall 
Nay: 0 –  None 
Recuse: 0 –  None

At 11:19 AM, Chairperson Richard Garland paused the meeting. The meeting resumed at 
11:24 AM. 
  
Caitlin Crowe pointed out that there is a 1 ft. reduction for this item. The reason that staff 
is supportive of the request is because it was already existing. Mr. Murphy stated that he 
understands and agrees to the six stipulations read into record. 
   
A public hearing was called, and no one came forward in favor of or in opposition to this 
item.  
 
Board Member Andrea Worthy made a motion to approve item V25-117; seconded by 
Board Member Eric Randall. 
 
The motion to approve carried with the following vote:
