Clara Hodges, Plan Reviewer, stated that with the additional reduction on northern side, it reduces the impervious surface, they may be able to reduce the size of the BMP in the rear. Mr. Murphy stated he understands and agrees to the six stipulations read into record. A public hearing was called, and no one came forward in favor of or in opposition to this item. Board Member Eric Randall made a motion to approve item V25-118 with the amendment to increase the maximum impervious surface area from 35% to 48.1%; seconded by Board Member Andrea Worthy. The motion to withdraw carried with the following vote: Aye: 3 – Chairperson Garland, Board Member Worthy, Board Member Randall Nay: 0 – None Recuse: 0 – None N. V25-119 Public Hearing - Variance Request - V25-119 - Reduce the front setback from 35 feet to 25 feet - Land Lot 344 - 2809 Sherwood Road - Sean Murphy Ward 5 Councilmember - Susan Wilkinson Sean Murphy asked if they need to submit for permit of the demo of the concrete and BMP. Caitlin Crowe stated that they already have a permit application in for the car port and shed. The landscaping efforts will be included in the permit. One of the stipulations is that the permit must be obtained prior to permitting if revisions are made to the plan. Mr. Murphy stated he understands and agrees to the six stipulations read into record. A public hearing was called, and no one came forward in favor of or in opposition to this item.
