Other Business / Staff Comment Chairperson Powell thanked former Commission Member Henriette Ozstrega, who will be sorely missed, for her years of service on the Planning and Zoning Commission. He welcomed both Jeff Carter and Ian Twomey to the commission. He also expressed sadness for the loss of Eric Randall, Public Works Director, who passed away on December 31, 2025. 7. Adjournment Chairperson Joel Powell adjourned the January 5, 2026 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 6:02 PM. Facilities are provided throughout City Hall for the convenience of persons with disabilities.
