Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Georgia Power requests acquiring one permanent easement in order to properly access and maintain their newly installed infrastructure along King Springs Road that will service the new Tolleson Aquatics Facility. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works recommends authorization to approve Georgia Power acquiring one permanent easement from the City of Smyrna located at 3515 McCauley Road for the new proposed underground power service installation that will service the new Tolleson Aquatics Facility and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
