2. Call to Order
Mayor Derek Norton called to order the April 20, 2026 Mayor and Council Meeting held at A.
Max Bacon City Hall in Council Chambers at 6:59 PM.
3. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
A. Pastor Matt Koehn, Water Stone Church (1464 Spring St)
4. Agenda Changes
A. 2026-179 Approval for an Agenda Change to the April 20, 2026 Mayor and Council
Agenda to add item ATH2026-055, item B under Formal Business, for certification of
the Estimated Rollback Rate for the 2026 property tax assessment notices.
Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to approve adding item 2026-179 to the
agenda; seconded by Councilmember Glenn Pickens.
The motion to approve carried with the following vote:
