6. Expenses. Any expenses incurred by CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC at the request of Client, such as delivery of ice for hospitality or back-stage use, or concessions inventory delivered to Client for internal use, will be billed to Client at CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC’s direct cost and the total of which shall be deducted from the commission due at the conclusion of the Event. 7. Facilities. Client agrees to provide facilities at the Event to accommodate CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC operations to include space, electrical power, access to water, trash removal, and other aspects of facilitation of the concession operation at no cost to CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC. Special facilities provided for food vendors, if managed by CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC, will be included in the cost of the vendor fee, or if required, such additional fees as may be required by Client will be added to the vendor fees and included as a part of each vendor’s application fee to participate in the Event. 8. Record keeping. CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC will provide Client with a detailed report showing the number of items sold at each location during the event, along with a detailed settlement of any expenses. CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC will make all records and inventories available to Client for inspection and audit at the discretion of Client, including delivery invoices and returns from beverage distributors. 9. Ice. CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC will supply ice for its operations through a contracted vendor during the event. CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC may sell ice to vendors with a nominal up-charge to cover the cost of labor and equipment, however, any ice delivered to Client for its operations will be billed to Client at CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC’s direct cost. Ice sales to vendors or to the Client will not be included in the revenues used to calculate the sales commission for the Event. 10. Insurance. CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC and any vendors sub-contracted by CITY PARK to operate at the event under the terms of this agreements shall, at its own cost and expense, obtain and maintain during the term of this agreement worker's compensation and commercial general liability insurance from a responsible insurance company legally licensed and authorized to transact business in the State of Georgia. The minimum limit for worker's compensation insurance shall be the statutory limit for such insurance. The minimum limits for general liability insurance, which must include personal liability coverage will be $1,000,000 per person and $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and $1,000,000 per occurrence for property damage. Commercial general liability insurance coverage shall be provided on an "occurrence" basis as opposed to a "claims made" basis, and such insurance shall be endorsed to name the City, and its elected officials, officers, employees and agents, as additional insured parties. Further, CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC shall maintain such other types and/or amounts of insurance as reasonably required by the City from time to time.
