-7- SPECIAL STIPULATIONS All Special Stipulations listed below supersede and replace any conflicts in the attached agreement. It is understood by both parties that in addition to the Special Stipulations outlined below, and agreed to by both parties, that additional Special Stipulations may be agreed upon at any time and incorporated into the agreement by the attachment of the terms of the stipulation(s) signed by both parties. 1.Drink tickets presented to CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC will be valued at $2.00 per soft drink or Bottled Water, $3.00 per Beer, or $5.00 per cocktail or glass of wine. 2.It is understood that the City may allow/contract with local restaurants to conduct sales of food and beverages at the Event. All participants will be required to obtain their own alcohol sales licenses and furnish proof of insurance coverage. Actual sales location for the participants will be directly proximate to the existing business or at the direction of the City and its event management vendor Premier Events, LLC. All details for local business participation, including sales locations will be communicated with CITY PARK CONCESSIONS, LLC.
