Temporary buildings and storage of materials in conjunction with construction of a building on a lot where construction is taking place or on adjacent lots, such temporary uses to be terminated upon the completion of construction. The existing buildings shall be inspected by the Fire Marshal office and brought into compliance with ADA and life safety requirements. 4. The parking lot shall be re-striped and brought into compliance with ADA requirements. 5. Approval of the subject property for the MU-Conditional zoning district shall be conditioned upon the development of the property in substantial compliance with the ALTA Survey prepared by McClung Surveying submitted on January 9, 2025, and. all zoning stipulations above. Any new buildings, building additions, or substantial site improvements will require approval by Mayor & Council through the zoning amendment process.
