P A G E 0 2 Arrests: 19 Traffic Stops: 218 Citations: 125 Warnings: 96 Service Calls: 757 WEEKLY POLICE TOTALS POLICE DEPARTMENT Tuesday, December 9, marked the Smyrna Police Department’s most anticipated event of the year, Shop With a Hero, hosted by the Smyrna Public Safety Foundation. Smyrna Fire and Smyrna Police Departments, along with our partners from Metro Ambulance Service and Barrow Wrecker Services, were proud to host each elementary school in the City of Smyrna as well as a select group of special scholars. This day is truly one of our favorites each year, as it gives us the opportunity to shop with, connect with, and create lasting memories with these incredible kids. We extend a heartfelt thank you to the Atlanta Braves Foundation for hosting our surprise lunch with Santa and Blooper. The kids had an amazing time and enjoyed a full day filled with fun and festive moments! SHOP WITH A HERO The Smyrna Police Department was excited to partner once again with Argyle Elementary School for its Fun Run and Breakfast with Santa. Our officers enjoyed taking a few laps with the kids and sharing a pancake breakfast with their families. ARGYLE ELEMENTARY FUN RUN The Smyrna Police Department was grateful to be invited again this year to Sweets with Santa, hosted by Keller Williams Cityside.
