Public Art Master Plan Public Engagement (other business) Evie Ramsey said she and Andrew Eble will have a booth at the Crafts and Drafts Festival to promote community engagement for the public art master plan. Retaining Wall Opportunities (other business) Committee member Robert Harrison said there is a concrete retaining wall on Alcott Road that branches off Concord Road in need of beautification if it is within Smyrna City limits. Anna Talarico pulled up the location on Google Maps and confirmed it is in City limits. Richard Garland said there may be push back to this idea because of what happened in the City of Milton. Chairperson Oglesby advised Evie Ramsey to speak with Smyrna’s City Attorney to get his opinion. Committee member Robert Harrison shared another retaining wall location, 5246 South Cobb Drive, which was also confirmed to be within City limits. Chairperson Oglesby agreed with committee member Robert Harrison that this location looks terrible and needs a street artist to come do some art. Ms. Talarico said the committee must have a strategy with the retaining wall art process. She said the fire hydrants work well because the committee follows a process. Chairperson Oglesby said the committee will work with the City Attorney to determine the risk mitigation as well as the Streets Department with Public Works. 7. Adjournment Chairperson Rickey N.
