CITY OF SMYRNA PUBLIC ART CONSULTANT PROPOSAL 3232 BUDGET The Team anticipates refinement of the scope of work, and subsequently, the task and fee worksheet. Billing will be performed on monthly intervals and will include incurred expenses to that point of the project. Our Team will be led by Anna Talarico. Anna will bring her background in curatorial experience along with her history of developing public art projects to provide art consulting services to the Public Art for Quality of Life Program. Josh will assist as Project Executive to oversee and manage resources for the project and would be supported by our in- house team of planners and designers with experience creating graphic communication and providing placemaking recommendations. TRAVEL Designing Local is prepared to travel upon request and will bill travel expenses as they are used. COMPENSATION Designing Local will bill hourly for the work outlined in the scope of work and will submit invoices monthly. Designing Local will not exceed $25,000 for this work for one year. Budget Year 1 (March 1, 2024 to March 1, 2025) would not exceed $25,000. HOURLY RATES Designing Local would propose an hourly contract using the rates below: Anna Talarico: $105/hour Josh Lapp: $155/hour Amanda Golden: $155/hour Jasmine Metcalf: $105/hour Matt Leasure: $155/hour PROPOSED BUDGET
