Citywide ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: This amendment incorporates standard requirements for processing applications for Mobile Food Vendors licenses and appeals for application denials, as well as the procedure required for suspension and revocation of Mobile Food Vendors licenses. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Staff recommends approval of ORD2026-004 for a Code Amendment to Chapter 22 - Businesses, Article VIII, of the Smyrna Code of Ordinances, Mobile Food Vendors, Section 22-300 regarding the requirements for processing applications for Mobile Food Vendors licenses and appeals for application denials and Section 22-303 regarding suspension and revocation of Mobile Food Vendors licenses and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
