ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Connect&Go streamlines day-to-day operations of amusement parks, such as the Smyrna Splashpad 
with integrated ticketing and access control with one platform to manage every ticket, sales, and 
pricing 
Ticketing solution helps makes the attraction run smoothly, so staff don’t have to wrestle with every 
transaction.

RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
Parks and Rec and Purchasing recommend authorization for the approval of an Agreement with 
Connect&Go (5800 Saint Denis, Suite 605, Montreal (Quebec) H2S 3L5) attraction ticketing for an 
initial cost of $6,500.00 for deployment and training, and an approximate yearly cost amount of
