Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Application was made for privilege license – New Request – Liquor, Beer & Wine (Pouring, Sunday Sales and Special Hours) – Black Diamond Business Ventures, Inc DBA Indigo Room - 821 Concord Rd SE, STE C, Smyrna, GA 30080 - with Rickey Noel Oglesby, Jr. as agent. Rickey Noel Oglesby, Jr will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 821 Concord Rd SE, STE C. The applicant has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop. A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license. Mr. Oglesby has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
