Oglesby Jr. ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Application was made for privilege license – New Request for Riverview Grill Chattahoochee LLC dba Riverview Grill for the sale of (Liquor, Beer, Wine and Sunday sales ). Kwamina Abensi Vanderpuije is the agent applicant. Kwamina Abensi Vanderpuije will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 6025 River View Rd SE, Bldg 5000 Ste 272 Smyrna, GA 30126. The applicant has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop. A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license. Mr. Vanderpuije has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
