Hines ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: The applicant is requesting a rezoning from GC to MU-Conditional for 1715 Roswell Street to build a mixed-use development of a three-story building with 3 multi-family units above 1,680 sq. ft. of office space. The multi-family units will have garage units at the rear of the building and parking for the office units are located in front of the building. A total of 7 parking spaces are provided for the (2) office units and a two-car garage is provided for each multi-family unit. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Community Development recommends approval of the rezoning from GC to MU-Conditional on 0.28 acres for a three-story building with three multi-family units and 1,680 sq. ft. of office space, with conditions.
