Oglesby Jr. ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: The applicant is requesting a zoning amendment of Z21-014 to revise the site plan and elevations within the existing MU-Conditional zoning district. The plan reflects a 5,023 sq. ft. drive-thru restaurant and 45 townhomes at a density of 10 units per acre. The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve by a vote of 3-2 at the January 5, 2026 meeting. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Community Development recommends approval of the zoning amendment to revise the site plan and elevations of Z21-014 in the MU-Conditional zoning district on 6.92 acres for a mixed use community, with 45 townhomes at 10 units per acre, and a 5,023 sq. ft. drive-thru restaurant, including those variances supported by staff.
