Justin Gillette, partner, stated they will bring great music, great food, and a great community partnership. He has over 20 years of experience of front of the house and back of the house. Councilmember Travis Lindley asked if they have read and understood and taken the necessary training. Mr. Oglesby stated he learned quite a bit, and the opening date is December 5. Councilmember Charles Welch asked if they know the City does compliance checks. Mr. Ogelsby understands that. Mr. Welch congratulated them both. Councilmember Susan Wilkinson asked what the hours are. They will be open for lunch, so they will open at 11:30. They will be open late on Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday they will have 8:00 AM brunch. Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to approve item LIC2025-047; seconded by Councilmember Latonia P. Hines. The motion to approve carried with the following vote: Aye: 6 – Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Hines, Councilmember Lindley, Councilmember Welch, Councilmember Wilkinson, Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Gould Nay: 0 – None Recuse: 1 – Councilmember Oglesby 10. Consent Agenda Councilmember Travis Lindley made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda as presented; seconded by Councilmember Charles Welch.
