ATH2025-176 Authorization to renew Georgia First Responders PTSD Program as required by HB451 (2024) to GMA-GIRMA with an annual premium of $29,206 and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents. ATH2025-182 Authorization to approve Subrecipient Agreement with The Trust for Public Land for the HUD Community Project Grant – Riverland Smyrna Bridge, and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents Rickey Oglesby, Jr. This item was approved on the Consent Agenda. F. ATH2025-184 Authorization to approve three (3) reclassifications within the Engineering Department and one (1) reclassification and one (1) title change within the Water & Sewer Department and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents. Hines mentioned that Smyrna Optimist Pancake Breakfast to be held next Saturday. Councilmember Travis Lindley stated the 3rd Public Engagement meeting was held tonight. He wished all a Happy Thanksgiving. Councilmember Charles Welch and Susan Wilkinson wished all a happy and safe Thanksgiving. Mayor Pro Tem Tim Gould mentioned a Forest Hills neighborhood meeting at Taylor Brawner Hall at 5:00 to discuss the Downtown Redevelopment. And he reminded all about senate district 25 election tomorrow. Councilmember Rickey N. Oglesby, Jr. thanked the ward 7 residents who showed great community engagement. And he also thanked his colleagues and friends on the Council for allowing him to become a small business owner.
