authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.

Councilmember Latonia P. Hines mentioned that Smyrna Optimist Pancake 
Breakfast to be held next Saturday. 
  
Councilmember Travis Lindley stated the 3rd Public Engagement meeting was held 
tonight. He wished all a Happy Thanksgiving. 
  
Councilmember Charles Welch and Susan Wilkinson wished all a happy and safe 
Thanksgiving.  
  
Mayor Pro Tem Tim Gould mentioned a Forest Hills neighborhood meeting at Taylor 
Brawner Hall at 5:00 to discuss the Downtown Redevelopment. And he reminded all 
about senate district 25 election tomorrow. 
  
Councilmember Rickey N. Oglesby, Jr. thanked the ward 7 residents who showed 
great community engagement. And he also thanked his colleagues and friends on 
the Council for allowing him to become a small business owner.
