Ward 1 Councilmember - Glenn Pickens ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Application was made for privilege license – New Request for Cousins Brothers BBQ DBA C&B BBQ for the sale of beer (Package). LaDawn Bernadette Moran is the agent applicant. LaDawn Bernadette Moran will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 2445 Cobb Pkwy SE, Smyrna, GA 30080. The applicant has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop. A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license. LaDawn Bernadette Moran has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
