Ward 5 Councilmember - Susan Wilkinson ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: This is a request based on a need for Georgia Power to acquire two (2) easements to be able to properly access and maintain their new infrastructure along Belmont Circle and Windy Hill Road to service the new bridge lighting. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works recommends approval of the authorization to approve Georgia Power's requests to acquire two (2) easements along Belmont Circle and along Windy Hill Road for new power services installed for 945 & 969 Windy Hill Road for the new bridge lighting and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all documents.
