WEEKLY TOTALS Arrests: 37 Traffic Stops: 320 Citations: 161 Warnings: 160 Service Calls: 775 CAREER DAY AT ARGYLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Officer Hester from Smyrna Police Department’s Selective Traffic Enforcement Program Unit visited Argyle Elementary to show students some of the tools he uses to keep our roadways safe. He demonstrated his LIDAR device and gave a live demonstration as cars passed by. Students were thrilled to see how officers monitor speed in real time, making for an exciting and interactive experience! POLICE DEPARTMENT Enjoy a spring morning outdoors at the March 28 Cemetery Cleanup with the Smyrna History Museum.
