The motion to Return to Regular Session carried with the following vote: Aye: 6 – Councilmember Pickens, Councilmember Hines (virtual), Councilmember Lindley (virtual), Councilmember Wilkinson, Mayor Pro Tem / Councilmember Gould, Councilmember Oglesby Nay: 0 – None Absent: 1 – Councilmember Welch 7. Adjournment Mayor Derek Norton adjourned the July 17, 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting at 7:04 PM.
