Ward 5 Councilmember - Susan Wilkinson ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Application was made for privilege package license for WINDY HILL USA LLC, dba Windy Hill Market for the sale of Beer, Wine and Sunday Sales (retail package). Urvish Patel is the agent applicant. Urvish Patel will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 475 Windy Hill Rd SE. The applicant has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop. A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license. Mr. Patel has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
