The latest community art exhibit features artwork created by the talented elementary and middle school students of Smyrna. This exhibit was coordinated through each local school's art teacher and presented by the Smyrna Arts Council. Each piece reflects a child’s unique perspective, curiosity, and joy in making art. From bold paintings to playful drawings, these works celebrate creativity, self-expression, and the power of young imaginations. The community is invited to explore, smile, and be inspired by the artists of our community by viewing the exhibit during business hours at City Hall and the Smyrna Community Center. Participating schools include Argyle Elementary, Belmont Hills Elementary, Green Acres Elementary, King Springs Elementary, Norton Park Elementary, and Campbell Middle School. COMMUNITY ART EXHIBIT ADM IN ISTRAT ION SMYRNA YOUTH COUNCIL HOODIE DRIVE The Smyrna Youth Council is hosting a hoodie drive to support local elementary schools in collaboration with Cobb County School District! If you would like to donate a new hoodie, please visit CCDS’s Amazon wishlist. The council will also gladly accept gently used hoodies, just be sure to check the pockets before dropping them off. Drop-off locations: • City Hall • Smyrna Community Center • Wolfe Adult Recreation Center All locations will accept donations during regular business hours through Friday, February 27.
