Ward 3 Councilmember Travis Lindley ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: As the demands on the front desk at the Aline Wolfe Active Adult Center and Pool increase, it is necessary to have a full-time Customer Service Receptionist. With one part-time receptionist retiring in August and another one retiring in December, this is the perfect time to reclassify this position. This reclassification will not increase the current FY26 personnel budget but rather will decrease the FY26 personnel budget by $2398.00. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Human Resources and Parks and Rec recommend the authorization for the approval to reclassify the two current part-time Customer Service Receptionists to one full-time Customer Service Receptionist at the Aline Wolfe Active Adult Center and Pool and authorize the Mayor to sign and execute all related documents.
