Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: The timelines for each College Football Saturday are as follows: 8am – Roads are blocked off from traffic 9am-2pm – Set up for the game to include the TV screens, vendors, and DJ 3pm – Games will begin along with music and prizes, and the vendors will open for business 11pm – Clean up with road reopening RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Parks and Recreation recommend approval of the authorization to add a road closure on December 6, 2025 to the already approved dates of September 27, October 18, and November 15, 2025 for the 2025 College Football Saturdays at Village Green Park beginning at 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM from King Street at Bank Street to Powder Springs Street.
