Page 1 of 4 1. Roll Call Call to Order Mayor Derek Norton called to order the October 16, 2025 Committee of the Whole meeting held at A. Max Bacon City Hall in the HR Training Room at 6:00 PM. 2. Staff M&C Agenda Items to Review 3. Formal Business and Presentations A. COW2025-107 Pay and Compensation Policy (EMP 6-COMBINED) – Carol Sicard Carol Sicard, Human Resources Director, reviewed the updates for the the pay and compensation policy. There were no questions. B. COW2025-103 Review of the 2026 Proposed Holiday Schedule – Carol Sicard Carol Sicard, Human Resources Director, reviewed the holiday schedule for 2026. No questions were asked. C. COW2025-105 Review of the 2026 Proposed Mayor and Council meeting Dates – Heather Corn Heather Peacon-Corn, City Clerk, reviewed the 2026 meeting calendar. There was brief discussion about the millage rate public hearing dates.
