Citywide ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: This is a request based on the need for the leased space on the New Smyrna Cemetery cell tower for the installation of the required AMI base station infrastructure. This lease is necessity for the vertical asset installation to ensure the new AMI infrastructure (water meters) being replaced city wide will functionally operate and be supported by the new meter reading software to ensure accurate metering and billing data is generated.
