The purchase price for the parcel is $2,423,000 and this value is supported by an appraisal. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Recommend approval of a Contract, Site Development Agreement and the Reciprocal Easement Agreement, regarding the purchase of approximately 2.620 acres at 1101 Windy Hill Rd and authorize the mayor or mayor pro Tem to execute these and all related documents.
