Ward 3 Councilmember - Travis Lindley ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: This is a request based on a need for GA Power to acquire one (1) easement from the City of Smyrna to be able to properly access and maintain their newly installed infrastructure along King Springs Road that will service the new Tolleson Aquatics Facility. RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works recommends approval of the proposed request for GA Power to be able to service and maintain their infrastructure.
